RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY Items engraved to your specification are not returnable, as they are personalized and cannot be resold. A sample of most items is available by ground freight at no charge for you to evaluate. A credit card is required. There is no charge if the sample if returned in saleable condition for engraving, or to be restocked. A production sample is provided at no cost on all runs over six pieces An order can be cancelled up to the time engraving takes place. There is no penalty but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee equal to the return freight and wholesaler restocking charge.

All prices include engraving /printing up to 10 words, or a name/ initials on one side. Call to confirm prices for larger quantities. All prices shown are FOB our works in Texas for up to 6 of one item. Add packing and shipping as below. There are NO surprise charges. All costs are confirmed in writing on your pre-production layout sheet.

PACKING & SHIPPING

A packing charge of $4.00 (small-up to 8") $6.00 (medium 8-15") and $8 large (over 15"), applies depending on the size of box. The charge is confirmed on your production layout.
Actual freight by UPS, FedEx or USPS is charged at cost

Lead Time on Orders

Engraved orders from stock usually ship on the next working day for fewer than six pieces.
Screened glassware and mug orders usually ship in two to three weeks (rush available).
Our "EXPRESS SHIP" one day service applies to less than six items from inventory (see green circle). There is NO rush charge.
