There is no charge if the sample if returned in saleable condition. A production sample is provided at no cost on all orders over six pieces time permitting An order can be cancelled up to the time engraving takes place. Excellent Quality When you see our products and our work you will be amazed! Glass and crystal are difficult to photograph. Most pictures are from our daily production. So photos on our site can't convey the true beauty of our items. They give only an indication of the object, it's shape and size.

PACKING, SHIPPING & RETURNS

A packing charge of $4.00 (small-up to 8") $6.00 (medium 8-12") and $8 large (over 12"), applies depending on the size of box. The charge is confirmed on your production layout.

Engraved orders from stock usually ship on the next working day for fewer than six pieces.
Screened glassware and mug orders usually ship in two to three weeks (rush available).
