Lucite acrylic embedment is a popular choice as an award or deal toy. We can create standard shapes, or create a fully custom award. Once embedded, your new award can be engraved with a personal message or unique artwork.

Supply your own items to be embedded forever in acrylic – shell casings, charms, miniatures, even liquids like crude oil! Send us one of your items, or ask us about diecast and custom figurines. Custom embedment orders can be scaled to produce hundreds or even thousands of items – or scaled down to produce just one piece. No minimums and no small order penalties!

EMBEDMENT PROCESS

You can choose to supply your own items, or select from a variety of die-cast figurines and objects. We can embed metal, wood, glass, even some liquids! Once the item has been chosen and the design approved, we surround the item with the casting liquid, then place it in a high-pressure oven, to work out any air bubbles or flow lines in the material. After baking, the lucite award is then cut and polished, and any external print or engraving is applied.

CUSTOM SHAPES AND DESIGNS

We can help bring your award design to life! In addition to standard shapes, we can create fully custom cast-molded awards to your specifications. A permanent, custom mold will be created for your award, so you can re-order your design for years to come. Custom molded items can be standalone trophies or be embedded with objects.

WILL IT EMBED?

We have experience embedding countless items for customers. Consult this guide to determine if your items are a good candidate for embedment:

Low Risk:

  • High Heat Tolerance
  • High Pressure Tolerance
  • Items smaller than 3 inches
  • Weights < 1lb
  • Little to no color or ink
  • Smooth surfaces
  • Rounded or beveled edges

Medium Risk:

  • Low Heat Tolerance
  • Low Pressure Tolerance
  • Items between 3 and 6 inches
  • Weighs < 3lbs
  • Paint or enamel color
  • Textured surfaces
  •  Square edges

High Risk:

  • Flammable Items
  • Flimsy or Crumbly Items
  • Items larger than 6 inches

Embedment Size:

All embedments require at least 3/8" (0.375) of space between the embedded item and another item or edge. Usually, this means if you take an item's dimensions, and add 3/4" (0.75), you'll get the minimum size of the embedment.

Example: If an item is 1" tall, 2" long and 1.5" wide, the minimum embedment size is 1.75 x 2.75 x 2.25

Provide the size of the item within 1/8" of accuracy.
Describe the item that you are wanting to embed. Include any notes about material if known. Use the file upload further down this form to add any pictures of the item to be embedded.
Personalization
Please select your personalization options. Setup fees are based on number of locations and complexity. Very large prints or prints on multiple sides of an embedment may require additional setup charges.
Include any text that will need to be engraved or printed.
